We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days after ordering (or 7 days after receiving the item) on all items that have not been worn, or tampered with.

You can return for an exchange, refund (minus shipping fee) or a store credit (excluding shipping incurred by us). Please note that any applicable tax paid will also be refunded. Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your package, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
Important Reminders:
- Please ensure the product is unused, untampered with and in it's original packaging before sending back your return.
Exchange & Return FAQ
1. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange? Yes
If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Refund total is the original purchase cost of the returned item, minus the shipping fee.
2. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed the returned items. Once your items have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
3. Will I be refunded my shipping cost?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
